Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  3. You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  1. Opened or used toys
  2. Items damaged after delivery
  3. Clearance or sale items
  4. Personalized or custom-made products
  5. Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., teething toys, pacifiers)

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your Order Number, Item Name, and Reason for Return
  3. Our support team will guide you through the return steps and provide a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@eritoys.com with a photo of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

Canceling an Order

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the return process must be followed.
